Monthly expenses, groceries, services, small things that are rarely spoken about in advertising brochures.

and how it can be useful for you
I have been living in Dubai for more than five years and share what I have gone through myself: moving, change of districts, processing of documents and everyday questions.
There is no ideal picture here: I tell both about pluses and about minuses of the city so that you can make more balanced decisions.
Selections, checklists and breakdowns help to understand where to start: from the district and budget to how to feel here "like at home".

I have been living in Dubai since 20XX and share everyday life in the city
I moved to Dubai more than five years ago — at first "to work for a couple of years", and as a result the city became home. During this time I managed to change several districts, go through all the circles of processing of documents and adaptation to the climate, work and rhythm of the city.
In the blog I collect what I myself lacked at the beginning: honest stories, concrete numbers and small things of everyday life that are not visible in advertising videos. I want it to be easier for those who are only thinking about moving or have been living here recently.
Subscribe to updates in social networks or come back to the blog — I regularly publish new notes about life in Dubai, districts, work, prices and everyday life.
